hela Sverige You will be part of the Motor & Generator Service team in Sweden. Seize this opportunity to take on great responsibility for Sweden's largest service unit. As Site Manager in Storvik, you will join us in the middle of an exciting period of change and manage staff, markets, customers and sales - among other things. You will be provided an equally global as local challenge with great possibilities to influence and grow.
Your main mission will be to take on the overall personnel responsibility for our staff at Motor & Generator Service in Storvik - a unit of high importance for ABB. You will develop our organization and business models, work closely with customers, stakeholders as well as suppliers and be responsible for coordinating our unit. This position also involves managing local marketing activities and working cross-functionally to ensure joint growth and One ABB. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in our management team and work with change management.
You thrive in a position where you get to operate at the very center of events. Apart from great leadership skills, this position also puts high demands on your strong drive, as well as customer and result focus. Not to mention on your ability develop sustainable relationships and motivate others.
As a foundation, you hold a high school diploma along with at least ten years' work experience. Experience from a managerial position and financial responsibility, is also required. If you hold a Master of Engineering and have experience from the Metal, Pulp and Paper industry, it is an advantage. Knowledge of power generation is also a plus. Fluent in English is a must, written and spoken alike.
