You will be part of FACTS in Västerås. The FACTS technology enables power system owners to increase capacity in the existing power system while the electrical stability improves. As a result, more power reaches the customers at a minimal environmental impact, shorter project lead time and at lower investment costs. At the FACTS unit in Västerås, we develop and sell this groundbreaking technology to customers on the global market.

As Site Manager, you will be part of the department Field Operations, and manage our sites together with 30 coworkers. You will be responsible for construction, installations and start-ups. As most of our projects run outside Sweden, you and your colleagues will be provided with the opportunity to work globally. In between your assignments at the sites, you will also act as Installation Coordinator at the office in Västerås. Here, you will support colleagues on-site and participate in project calculations.

Requirements
You hold a technical high school degree within Electrical Power, Assembling or Staff Management. It is important that you have the possibility to, and interest in, working in parts of the world that significantly differs from the Swedish culture. For example, in countries that put high demands on personal security and requires you to have great knowledge of the Muslim culture. Today you work in a similar company with delivery and construction of switchgears.
You are a quality and result focused person with high integrity who knows the importance of planning and cross-cultural effectiveness. Fluency in English is a requirement, whereas Urdu is beneficial.
