Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in industrial and supplier quality management in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring operational excellence across our industrial and supplier quality processes. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, procurement, and engineering), oversee quality control plans, and lead initiatives to enhance quality performance and compliance.
You'll specifically take care of implementing APSYS (Alstom Production System) improvement plans and managing supplier quality processes, but also lead and develop your team to achieve excellence in quality standards.
We'll look to you for:
Leading APSYS improvement plans for industrial quality requirements, including regular updates to Process FMEA, control plans, and quality control plans to meet Zero Defect objectives.
Driving digitalization of controls and processes using innovative solutions.
Performing site-level analysis to enhance industrial quality performance and escalating anomalies detected on production lines for effective resolution.
Supporting decision-making for Hand Overs (GO/NO GO) and exercising veto rights when necessary.
Managing incoming inspection processes and ensuring compliance with inspection procedures, tool calibration, and non-conformity characterization.
Ensuring supplier nonconformities are managed effectively, from containment actions to root cause analysis and corrective measures.
Managing and developing the site's Industrial Quality and Supplier Quality teams, including budgeting, performance management, and training plans.
Preparing and providing site reporting based on defined KPIs and driving teams and suppliers to meet assigned targets.
