Could you be the full-time Site Facility Manager in Stockholm we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report to our Security Manager and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You'll be responsible of maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment, health and safety management, space management, energy management, asset management, security, budget management, stakeholder management, project management and compliance with relevant regulations.

Day-to-day, you'll effectively balance the needs of the workplace, employees and key stakeholders while maintaining a focus on cost-effectiveness and compliance.

We'll look to you for:
Maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment
Health and Safety Management
Space Management (e.g. Develop and implement a space utilization plan to optimize the use of available space and reduce costs.)
Energy Management (e.g. Monitor energy usage and identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption through measures such as lighting upgrades, HVAC system upgrades, and insulation improvements.)
Asset Management (e.g. Ensure that all assets are properly maintained and repaired as required)
Security (e.g. Work with building management and security providers to ensure that security measures are in place and effective.)
Manage the facility budget, including identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
A thorough understanding of building systems, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and suppliers
Spoken and written English and Swedish
