About the company:
This position is at a multicultural company working with construction based in Gothenburg. At this company you will be working with the very best in the business and build valuable work relationships. We have chosen to not publish the name of the company at this moment in time but of course you will receive this information at the interview stage of the recruitment process.
Tasks and responsibilities:
In this role you will work under the site manager and handle daily tasks on site, such as preparing daily reports and production protocols, ensuring that the personnel on site follow safety regulations, and making sure everything runs smoothly. When problems arise, you will be there to offer advice and solutions. You will have daily communication with sub-contractors, and coordinate and oversee the work schedule for the day for both sub-contractors and site staff. When starting this position you will have guidance from a coworker to make sure you receive all necessary knowledge to excel at the work site.
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
• Monitor and coordinate the site staff and subcontractor's work
• Communicate with clients and their representatives
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Relevant education in engineering, for example geological, mechanical, or civil engineering
• Full Professional English and Professional Working Swedish
• Work experience from construction sites is desirable but not required

Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills, and know how to get your point across.
