hela Sverige Our business is developing dynamically and we specialize in the performance of cast-in-place concrete structures, delivery and assembly of precast concrete elements as well as delivery and assembly of steel structures.
We're currenty looking for a Polish speaking Site Engineer/Foreman for our newly started project in Uppsala.
About the role:
The site engineer's main role will be performance of construction work in line with the health and safety rules, schedule, quality standards and budget. In addition, important tasks will include managing orders and construction supplies, planning the construction process, managing the site team (both own forces and subcontractors) and caring for a good image of the company. You should be focused on personal development and be able to work independently, as well as cooperate with the project manager and our project team in Poland.
Qualifications and experience:
• University degree in Civil engineering, with focus on concrete construction
• Min 2 years of experience as Construction engineer/foreman
• Knowledge of English or Swedish at a level that allows free communication
• Knowledge of Polish to be able to communicate with our Polish site team
• Good management skills, being able to plan your own and the employees' working time and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCad
• Driving license, category B
• Ambition, commitment, independence, responsibility and willingness to develop in the role
