Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Managing CME work groups, controlling the process, communicate with the custom
• Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within CME work groups.
• Responsible for Managing Design of Civil and Electrical work including Tower structure and foundations, BTS Structure and foundation, Electrical system and DG Pads and allied works.
• Responsible for preparation and checkup Technical site survey reports, Detail design document, CME work standard to meet the customer requirement.
• Supervise and control of Sub-Contractor to strictly comply with the relevant condition of the contract.
• Review/Evaluate the BOQ for Civil works of Sites.
• Prepare and update the implementation program in cooperation with the project manager.
• Lead and supervise Design office of the whole projects and responsible for preparing Detailed Engineering Design for all sites.
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering or related field of study.
• Experience in Civil Works engineering in telecom environment.
• Good knowledge of civil works in Telecommunication field.
• Good skill of management and communication.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in Auto cad application and other design tools.
Organization:
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Site Design Manager you will work within the CEE&Nordic regional organization and report to the project manager/Regional Core Network manager. The CEE&Nordic regional organization is managed and controlled from Poland.
