We are currently seeking a skilled SingleView Business Analyst for our client?s office in Stockholm.
Ideally, the successful candidate should be communicative, customer focused, well presented, self motivated and a willing team player. Most importantly, he/she must have an approachable attitude and the flexibility to adapt to the fast moving pace of our client.
Profile:
The candidate should have experience in Business analysis, gathering requirements, talking to the Business and Marketing side, understand their requirements, analyze the requirements and translate them into a high level design corresponding the Singleview Billing platform functionalities, also prepare even lower level design for the requirements and make it understandable for the developers that will implementing the same in Singleview Billing platform. This requires that the candidate has also good technical knowledge of Singleview functions and possibilities i.e has worked as Singleview developer in the past, and be able to also cover the technical aspect of implementation of the business requirements.

8. Has knowledge of Customer Management module also
Education & Trainings:
Bachelor's Degree in technical or business area preferred, or equivalent experience in either IT or Telecommunications.
Languages:
English (mandatory)
All candidates applying for this SingleView Business Analyst position should come from a strong IT background with a vast understanding of Telco Customer care and Billing systems.
