We are now looking for 2 Simulator Engineers
Do you want to join our simulator engineering team at Oxford Aviation Academy at Stockholm-Arlanda airport?
The position as a simulator Engineer at Oxford Aviation Academy means having a varied job in a multicultural environment.
Areas of responsibilities:
• To ensure that the simulators and all other training devices are maintained to the highest possible standards and are fit for training
• To take an active part in preventive work in order to reform maintenance of simulators and other flight training equipment within the department
• Advanced troubleshooting and service/reparations of defaults in hardware as well as software.
• Perform modifications in simulators
• Work in a business strictly regulated by the authorities
• Monitor Technical Log entries and assess what corrective actions, spares, instruments etc are required, ensuring  items are available
To be a successful candidate you should have the following qualifications, knowledge and experience:
• Customer- and development oriented attitude to your work
• Work well in a group
• Be flexible, cope well with stress and be able to take own initiatives
• University degree or equivalent
• Good knowledge in using technical documentation and experienced in data programming.
• Familiar with avionics and-/or aerodynamics
• Knowledge in electronics and measurement techniques
• Since our company language is English, you need to be able to speak, read and write in English
The position is a full time job based on shift work hours with placement at Arlanda airport, Stockholm. Your employment will start with six months of probationary period that passes into a permanent employment.
