hela Sverige ALTEN CAE is expanding and now looking for simulation engineers with a couple of years of experience from simulations related to performance, fuel economy and/or LCA/GHG analyses.
In the role, you will work with assignments in either the performance, fuel economy or LCA area, depending on your background. The purpose is to do virtual simulations to optimize tomorrow is cars in respect to e.g. electric range, autonomous drive, comfort, performance, environmental footprints and regulation fulfilments. We work to find opportunities that match your dream assignment, and help you on your own personal career path. Depending on your experience, competence and personality, there is also the possibility to take on a technical lead role.
Personal qualities that we value are the ability to act professionally as a consultant and to understand the client's goals and values. We are looking for someone who is positive, outgoing and driven, able to create and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers, thrilled by problem solving, and able to use creativity and hard work to find new solutions. And of course, we want someone who is genuinely interested in technology! You think that your salary should correlate with your skills and together we share the responsibility to develop your professional consultant profile. Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Preferred experience:
• Minimum 2 year of work experience within automotive
• Skills in Matlab/Simulink
• Skills in Dymola
• Skills in Python programming
• Skills in GABI
