hela Sverige ALTEN CAE and our inhouse team within simulation is expanding, and we are now looking for an experienced engineer within energy consumption, fuel economy and performance simulations for automotive applications!
In the role you will work with complete vehicle simulations for fuel economy, energy consumption and performance simulations. The purpose is to do virtual simulations to optimize tomorrow's cars in respect to e.g. electric range, autonomous drive, comfort, performance, environmental footprints and regulation fulfilments. Depending on personal suitability and interest, part of your daily work can be to lead a simulation group and coordinate simulation work.

We are looking for someone who is positive, outgoing and driven, able to create and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers, thrilled by problem solving, and able to use creativity and hard work to find new solutions. You think that your salary should correlate with your skills and together we share the responsibility to develop your professional consultant profile. Emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Necessary experience:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience within automotive and simulation
• Experienced with Matlab/Simulink
• Skills in scripting/programming; Python, Dymola etc.
• Skills in GT-Suite (meritorious)
• Master within mechanical, mechatronics or automotive engineering
• Fluent in English and Swedish (meritous)
