Aurobay is looking for a Simulation Engineer. What will you do?
The department Global Plant Design (GPD) within the ME organization is responsible for planning and execute Line and Equipment related projects within Power System plants. We are now looking for a Simulation Engineer to join our team. As Simulation Engineer you will be a central part of the Global development and implementation of manufacturing equipment according to manufacturing and technology strategies.
• Simulation and optimization of global powertrain production.
• Preparation of decision support for concept selection, capacity allocation and investment decisions.
• Be an expert and develop lean manufacturing methodology to be able to fully support decision makers with the best analysis of their manufacturing system.
• Develop and maintain the standardized flow simulation way of working.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a BSc in Engineering or equivalent competence gained by experience.
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Documented knowledge in discrete event simulation
• You have experience of production engineering and Lean philosophy
• Knowledge and experience from working within a manufacturing system
