As a Market Scientist, you will work closely with and support project managers with data processing and analysis. You will manage and execute statistical analysis to answer business questions in client projects. You will be focused on driving the latest data analysis to support our business growth.
Key responsibilities
• Collaborate with project managers to organize projects according to specifications and timelines
• Internal delivery of tables and data output
• Execute statistical analysis
• Continuously develop and increase your expertise within statistical analysis, such as: Cluster analysis, Regression analysis, MaxDiff, Conjoint analysis, TURF optimizations, Modelling / estimation for pricing and assortment studies.
• Together with the Market Scientist Team develop tools for data processing, statistical analysis, data visualization and reporting, such as: Market simulators, Visualization tools (e.g. product explorers, dashboards, etc.), Visual Basic-macros for Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ensure quality within Simstore process flow and final project delivery
What we expect from you
• Experience in market research with focus on: Pack design test, Planogram test, Innovation test, Shopper Decision Tree, Pricing and assortment studies
• Strong Virtual Shopper research methodology expertise
• Knowledge about statistical modelling to create added value for clients as well as colleagues
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office pack
• High level of expertise working with SPSS for data processing and analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of English, both in speech and writing
• A curious, proactive and creative team player
