As a customer support engineer you provide daily operative support. This involves receiving questions and error reports, coordinating the procedure in all lines, providing information about current status and ensuring that solutions are accepted by the customers. You report bugs and register customer suggestions while working with routine development and keeping the information database up to date.
Who are you?
You must have at least three years of high school education or training which is deemed equivalent.
You both write and speak English, French and Swedish fluently. You have extensive experience in customer contact, both oral and written, and in technical trouble shooting.
You are accustomed to working in a case management system.
This job requires service-minded and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to explain technical complexities in a logical way. You should also be detail-oriented, well-organized and able to multi-task, as well as being dedicated to providing different kinds of customers with the best possible service..
