Your role in our team. You are a part of our Global Marketing team, with the goal to create a globally, strong and future proof brand. In the role as Showroom Coordinator you have the overall responsible for the showroom experience in Stockholm and to guide our co-workers in other countries to improve their local showroom areas.
In this role you make sure our showroom is an attractive destination that of course, always reflects our brand. By inviting and taking care of our showroom guests you make sure they always want to return and share their experience. You take care of our press samples - from unpacking, makings sure they are in good condition and for sending and receiving samples used for press images. You have a close collaboration with both PR and stylist when it comes to coverage opportunities regarding our products and to plan and execute events. Besides from making our showroom reflects Lindex in the best possible way, the role can also include creating content for our social media.
This is a substitute position, approximately 1 year starting week 33.
Is this you? To succeed in this role, you are a star in building relations, and you have an eye for fashion. You truly understand the meaning of great content in social/digital media and are a networker with high social skills.
You have the ability to take own initiatives and deliver results in a structured way. You have a growth mindset and is used to work in an agile environment. Of course, you are customer-focused, and you are comfortable in teamwork since you collaborate with many different people in this role. You believe in togetherness and you are motivated by the possibility to make an impact.

Relevant high school/secondary education of higher
Professional proficiency in English

An outstanding relationship builder
Previous experience from similar roles in the retail and fashion industry
