hela Sverige Mullbeck consists of three stores (Shop Name: ABCD). The company has around 10 full time employees where the majority works in the stores. The shop in Stockholm is located at Jakobsbergsgatan 3 midway between Birger Jarlsgatan and Biblioteksgatan.
Job description
You enter your role as a Shop manager of ABCD's Stockholm store responsible for the entire operation. This includes responsibility for two employees in the shop, statistics monitoring, purchase of clothes as well as daily management and preparation of the store so that it produces its best.
The shop is open Monday to Saturday. You will be present along side your colleagues to ensure that the shop is staffed during opening hours, which includes working hours every other Saturday.
Required skills
To be successful in the role it requires experience as a Shop manager and many years of experience from the fashion industry. Furthermore, you have knowledge in the purchase of clothes and are a good negotiator. Knowledge of English language is a requirement. It is a merit if you speak / understand Italian as many suppliers are Italian.
As a person, you are result oriented and a creative problem solver. We place great value in skills such as imaginativeness, commitment and stress resistance.
During some periods your position includes travelling.
