This position has dual functions within administration (transport booking etc) and operational work (eg, fork lift driving, warehouse work. Estimated split is 30-40% administration and 60-70% operational work.
Basic tasks
Manage and perform daily booking of freights
Create and distribute transport documents
Track and trace goods
Communicate with forwarders
Act as a link between customer service/sales and warehouse staff
Organize and optimize our warehouses
Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
Pick, prepare and dispatch finished goods
Book small parcels via UPS online system
Receive and book incoming goods
Personal skills
Having a safe approach and lead by example via GoalZero and personal behavior. Background and knowledge of transport bookings and logistics operations
Forklift license A2 and B1
Drivers license B
Computer skills, Microsoft Office and SAP
Skilled in Swedish and English, verbally and written
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
