hela Sverige We are currently searching for an experienced Shipping Coordinator
You will be working in a dynamic, fast paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities include:
Shipping of spare parts deliveries to customers globally
L/C handling, Inspections and Customs clearance
Ensuring carrier compliance in reporting status events of freight movement
Following up and handling updates with carriers regarding exceptions
Communicating updates with customers
Ability to identify areas for continual improvement in order to streamline
processes and reduce costs, as well as drive increased systemic solutions
Process updates and expedites in a timely manner.
We are searching for candidate who:
The ability to dynamically manage priorities
Possess a strong attention on deliverables
Have a strong sense of urgency
Have flexibility in their ability to work a variety of schedules
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability establishing strong customer relations
Requirements:
Freight and/or Logistics experience
Strong Customer Service experience within the past year.
Must be advanced level in MS Office.
A good communicator, both written and verbal
Experience from export shipping
English language mandatory, other languages considered as a plus
University degree within sufficient area desired
