For our customer in Esklistuna we are now looking for a Shipping Agent
The assignment is expected to start in the beginning of May and last until the end of April 2014.
As a Shipping Coordinator you will be responsible for shipments to a set of countries. You will be in a key position and fast moving communication channel for our organization and our customers.
A Shipping coordinator ensures proper order fulfillment including order control related to financing setup, release of product from plant, transport booking, invoicing, controlling transport costs, and presenting required documentation to the dealer/importer.

• Responsibility for shipments to a set of countries
• You will be in a key position and fast moving communication channel for our organization and our customers.
• Team representative in forums and cross-functional teamwork
• Ensures proper order fulfillment including order control related to financing setup, release of product from plant, transport booking, invoicing, controlling transport costs, and presenting required documentation to the dealer/importer.
• Continuously strive for mastering laws and regulations related to shipping and trade matters and its documentation, primarily to your designated countries.
• Plan shipments including sending release note to respective factory and shipping instruction to the carrier.
Cooperate with distributor/dealer and other functions globally to find overall best freight solution. Handle communication with dealers and end users regarding shipment.
• Continuously drive to improve the Order to Delivery process.

You need to have International shipping experience or University degree in a relevant field. We also need you to have experience with Letter of Credit handling Required knowledge.
You have to be fluent in English both spoken and written. If you speak Chinese (Mandarin) this will be highly valued other languages such as French / Arabic / Portuguese is also valued.
International working experience within a global company is also considered a plus.
