management (reviewing, moderation etc.) and abuse management (fraud prevention and solutions).

As a Shift Manager you are responsible for:
• Filling in gaps in the schedule
• Updating different kind of HR-documents
• Report employees presence
• Control assignment SLA
• Call in extra help if needed
• Office environment
• Purchasing office supplies
The job requires that you are:
• social
• organised
• fluent in English
• computer literate
• service minded
Further you need an accurate and efficient mindset to be able to optimize the daily work. Experience from work with Internet services and/or customer service experience is regarded as an extra qualification.
Since our service centre is open between 07:00 and 24:00, Monday to Sunday, you must be able to work flexibel shifts.
