NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
• Assist the F&B Manager in the overall operation of the F&B duties and assume responsibility in their absence
• Supervise accurate and efficient F&B operations
• Carry out shift handovers and brief team members as required
• Fully integrate events programming to create genuine lifestyle experiences
• Exceed the budgeted departmental P&L and be commercially savvy in exploring new revenue streams
• Have a knack for activating spaces, making sure every square metre of space is monetised
• Confirms that all service staff are in proper attire and adhere to the concept's appearance standards
• Communicates with staff regarding reservations and/or special events
• Conducts pre-shift and/or pre-event meetings with all necessary staff
• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction
• Trains staff in and adhering to all safety, sanitation, food preparation, food storage and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Other duties as assigned by management or ownership.
• Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the F&B Team

WHAT'S IN YOUR DNA
• Outgoing, bubbly and have a real passion for your role as Shift Leader
• A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Swedish proficiency or another Nordic language is mandatory for this role
• You must be eligible to work in the EU to be considered for this role
YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
• Appropriate experience in the field of Bars and Restaurants, preferably within a lifestyle concept
• Some years of experience in managing F&B operations
• Competent level f IT proficiency
• Previous experience in leading and motivating a team
