WHAT YOU WILL DO

As SHEQ Global Process Manager you will be the central resource to support the full SHEQ organization to develop and document processes, policies, and guidelines related to Safety, Health, environment, and Quality (incl. Food Safety compliance standards).

As the company is building up its global presence you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure alignment with corporate process management development and corresponding documentation management practices. You will lead the development and maintenance of the processes specifically related to document management, including decision models, approval processes, responsibility matrixes, revision handling, confidential levels etc. In this area you are also responsible for change management to secure communication, trainings, and governance of super-user networks. You will be the global super user of the document management processes and digital platforms. To support digital development, you will work closely with our IT department to secure digital compliance, user account set-up models, system configurations and integrations as well as securing IT support has the necessary information to provide accurate support.

Other things you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and support document management processes.
• Be the global super user of our digital document management system.
• Prepare and execute trainings for all stakeholder levels (Classroom, webcasts, e-learnings).
• Establish strong networks and support regional super users to be autonomous in regional support and trainings.
• Be part of the company processes management development.
• Support the full SHEQ department in process and document management.
• Support production sites and regions in securing compliance to processes and documentation structure.
• Support SHEQ business analyst as back-up, and actively support the development of KPI reporting and data analysis.

WHO YOU ARE

Besides having a structured, analytic, and holistic approach to your work, you are a genuine team-player that welcomes ambiguity as an opportunity to move forward and is comfortable with change. You have experience from project management and a proven track record in leading and training others in cross-functional and cross-geographical matrixes; Curiosity and collaboration are in your nature; You easily establish relations with colleagues and stakeholders at any level, your presentation and communication skills are excellent as well as your ability to influence others and creating user friendly processes, manuals, and user interfaces (in collaboration with IT).

Other key competencies & experiences:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience with Quality management systems, process management and documentation management.
• Higher education degree (B.S./MSc) in relevant area.
• Knowledge in BRC (or other GFSI standard)
• Experience in collaboration with IT to set up user friendly system interfaces.
• Experience in document handling procedures including document security and access models.
• IT competence: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio), teams, SharePoint, ERP and experience with document management systems
• Super user experience
