Professional and motivated employees ensure our success and we are now looking for a Process Engineer to our site in Trelleborg.
You will be the link between the product development lab, quality control and production teams ensuring quality and efficiency when implementing new product formulations as well as improving existing ones.
Main Responsibilities
• Process "formulations" and lead batch up in conjunction with PDL incl. quality parameters
• Daily support to production
• Continued improvement projects regarding quality, efficiency and costs
• Leading investigation work regarding production results and rejections, improving FPY
• Process development, building knowledge and train production and technical staff
Requirements
• A chemical education and a solid working experience from laboratory work, preferably within inks, coatings or packaging field
• 2-3 years of experience from chemical processes and production
• Self-directed, self-motivated, driving and assertive
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• SAP experience is considered a plus
You are a confident and driving person with a positive ?can do? attitude with capabilities to build knowledge in teams and implement improvements.
