Oatly is looking for a new employee being responsible of the systematic health & safety and environmental management system and see to that Oatly acts and performs according to rules, regulation and legislation globally. Main duties will include:

• Make sure that external and internal SHE requirement, objectives and ambitions are met, taken into account and sustained

• Responsible of creating global systems and guideline in the field of SHE

• Support local responsible contact towards externals and authorities

• See to that we have processes that monitor valid legislation and development within SHE

• Responsible for the development and governing the systematic SHE including policy, documentation, training, yearly reviews and reports, goals and plans, continous improvements and audits

• Support the crisis team in case of a severe deviation concerning SHE

• Be a key resource in the Oatly sustainablility work

• Be a part in the SHEQ management team

This global position is based in Landskrona and will require some travelling to different manufacturing locations.

Qualifications
You have a technical degree, diploma or similar combined with several years of experience in the field of SHE as well as industrial experience.

As a person, you are curious, improvement driven and a committed problem solver . You are analytic with a holistic and structured approach. You are a team player experienced working in projects. You are a natural informal leader, a strong communicator, with excellent presentation technique and able to drive, embrace and implement change on all organizational levels. If you are motived by wide-ranging responsibilities and a fast growing, innovative business environment we would like to meet you.
