hela Sverige The department is responsible for transports to the company's production units in Brazil & Russia. They provide the most cost-effective and environmentally conscious logistic solutions possible to their partners and colleagues. The department consists of three teams with 12 employees in total.
Your responsibilities
• Transport bookings
• Active deviation reporting
• Pre-advice & Feed-back
• Participate in operational meetings with partners and colleagues
• Participate in carrier meetings
• Monitor new traffic set-ups
The work-assignments is managed by telephone and e-mail which means that you frequently are in contact with partner, colleagues and other external parties such as suppliers on a daily basis. You work closely together with your own and other departments within the company. The service-level is high and you will work flexible hours 07.00-17.00.
During this assignment you will be employed by to work as a consultant. The assignment starts in April and will continue initially for six months.
Qualifications
We see that you have completed upper secondary school and have a degree in Logistics whether it is from a university or YH. Experience from the Logistic business is an advantage. You have high computer literacy in general, preferably in MS Office and TIR, FADS, SAP and SPED. Good knowledge in Swedish and English is necessary, other languages is a always a merit and since you will be working in an international environment you will need to have cultural awareness along with experience from multicultural professional relationships.
As a person you are both business and service minded with a willingness to drive change. You work in a structured way, are used to initiate new assignments and enjoy being part of a tight team.
