Vattenfall IT is looking for a SharePoint solution specialist who can take the lead in our journey towards implementing SharePoint at Vattenfall.

Main tasks and responsibilities
As a SharePoint solution specialist you will develop the technology roadmap of SharePoint for content management and business specific application landscape in alignment with key functions like security, infrastructure and ECM platform manager. The role includes:
• Guide team in setting technology standard and support ongoing projects in ensuring uniform SharePoint implementations across business areas
• Support solution implementation to ensure that the best possible technical solution can be implemented considering the end-to-end business process perspective
• Hands-on support to projects in defining functional and non-functional requirements
• Ensure "solution health" (quality, robustness, resilience and compliance) during the project solution design and in target architecture development
• Supports team, projects and business on technical aspects, planning and strategic direction
• Provide training and advice to key user
• Continuously invest to keep up-to-date with SharePoint related developments, features and new releases
Your qualifications
• University degree
• In-depth knowledge and +3 years' experience in Microsoft 365, its technical setup and business usage, in particular SharePoint Online and Power Platform
• A consultancy background and good communication skills to translate business needs into technical features and technical features into business opportunities
• Knowledge about PowerShell scripting for M365 / SharePoint will be of advantage but is not mandatory
• Swedish and English language skills - verbal and written
Competences
• Take initiative: Seeks out and acts on value added initiatives and opportunities to improve service to stakeholders
• Pro-active: Actively seeks to understand the priorities and interests of the business stakeholders in order to improve project implementations and service delivery
• Communicative: provides regular updates and documents the solutions created, ensuring a proper handover

Stockholm, Solna (Arenastaden). Some travel are required.
