Vi rekryterar nu en ny Service Site Lead till vårt nya servicecenter i Överturingen Sweden, 1.5 tim från Östersund , som kommer att omfatta ca 90 turbiner.
Då Siemens Gamesa kommer att etablera sig området lång tid framöver får rätt person bygga upp ett team och kompetens från grunden.
Om jobbet
Daily management & supervision of the Service technicians to ensure effective planning and execution of service, operation and warranty for approximately 90 turbines across three (3) Wind Projects. Build a long-term perspective with the team to ensure that Siemens Gamesa delivers high performance and value to the customer.
Vad ansvarar jag för?
• Perform assignments by the responsible Ops Manager.
• Coordinate, planning and execution of service, operation and support for assigned site or travelling technician team. Including resource planning, vacancy & work schedule in co-operation with central planning.
• Utilize local and regional technical support to solve issues at site.
• Manage asset management of roads and snow clearance via designated sub-contractors with respect to one site in the area cluster.
• Take corrective actions, address shortfalls and make improvements to drive the service teams.
• Responsible for continuous development and improvement of productivity and KPI's as well as other site / contractual goals supported by Ops Manager.
• Provide Monthly reporting to Customers and manage site monthly meetings towards the customer with the support of the Ops Mgr.
• Build the long-term perspective with the Customer as site contact and toward Suppliers to build lasting relationships.
• Managing work in varying temperature conditions, and adverse weather conditions.
• Ensure the site is being informed and is following the agreed overall EHS procedures and site specific EHS plan in the organization.
• Manage team to complete and maintain required and accurate documentation and records.
Kvalifikationer?
• Technical/vocational diploma preferred.
• Highly effective Planning and organizational skills demonstrated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and preferable wind turbine experience demonstrated.
• Electrical and/or mechanical background and experience preferred
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Swedish and English, verbal and written
• Driver's license (B)
• Some years of experience in a leadership role
• You must be physically in good shape and not afraid of height - medical examination required
