We're now looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to strengthen our ERP & Supporting Systems team, located in Lund, Sweden. As a ServiceNow System Administrator at Axis you will be one of our key players in developing and supporting the ServiceNow platform used within many of our core functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
Who is your future team?
As ServiceNow System Administrator you will be part of our ERP & Supporting Systems team. The ERP & Supporting Systems team consists of 4 different sub-teams with responsibility of some of our core business applications at Axis; ServiceNow, IFS, Jira/Confluence, Digital Asset Management and DocuSign. Our responsibility covers the full application lifecycle including day-to-day support, continuous improvement projects and upgrades.

What will you do here as ServiceNow System Administrator?
In your role as ServiceNow System Administrator you will be working as one of our administrators within the IT Service Management module in ServiceNow. You will assist the product owner with the technical know-how around the ServiceNow platform and will lead and provide direction in the day-to-day activities within the platform.
Your responsibilities will for example include:
* Configurations, customizations and developing workflows
* Assist with gap analysis
* Implement new features as well as simplifying and standardizing existing functionality
* Contribute to IT Service Management transformation by providing ServiceNow platform expertise while supporting current state
At Axis we're not just managing our IT services within ServiceNow but also core functions like HR, Finance, Marketing and Operations. Making sure our users can work efficiently within the platform will be your direct contribution to Axis work with innovating for a smarter, safer world.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Experience in working with the IT Service Management module (ITSM) in ServiceNow
* Good understanding in the technical and functional design requirements of the ITSM module
* Used to working in a mixed environment of managing both on-going support and projects
* Ability to take initiative to identify, track and resolve issues
* Bonus points for experience in additional ServiceNow modules
