Key Skills:
• ServiceNow ITSM Development, Javascript, Rest/SOAP ServiceNow, Event Mngt/ certification.
• Experience in ITSM
• Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Service Catalog
• Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
• Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components, web services, tables, and menus
• Code and configure interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems.
• ServiceNow module trainings passed would be considered valid (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM; CASM, APP Eng etc)
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
• Good to have Telco background working with trouble ticketing domain
Note : This role require Nordic security check for eligible candidate.
