You will be mainly involved in Requirement analysis
• Experience in full ServiceNow development life cycle from requirements gathering, technical design to go-live in multiple environments (Dev, Pre-Prod, Prod) using SNOW Agile Development
• Good knowledge in analyzing, documenting, validating and managing requirements
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow architecture: Applications, Tables, Properties, Dictionary, ACLs, Groups, Roles
• Service Catalog Management with experience in below areas
Ø Developing user friendly Catalog items
Ø Client side scripting with Catalog Client Scripts, UI Macros, UI Policy
Ø Server side scripting with Business Rules, Script Includes
Ø Designing workflows with Email Notifications, Event triggering, automation using web service integration
• Experience in implementing Service Portal for end users
Ø Bootstrap and Jelly Scripting
Ø Ability to create and develop dashboard reporting for key stakeholders and end users / clients.
Ø Web Services Integration (SOAP,REST, and JSON) both synchronous and asynchronous. Orchestration knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge in ITSM Modules, Email Integration
• Must have a strong understanding of best practices and proper implementations of the ServiceNow platform
