For our client we are looking for a ServiceNow Application Specialist to help with a pre-study.

Job description:
The IT Service Structure is the core in our CMDB and ITSM processes. Just like everything else it requires life-cycle-management, and now it has reached its end-of-life. The current set up of our ITSM Tool is no longer fit for purpose and use; we need to understand how IT will impact our Business by delivering a single place (ITSM tool) for all infrastructure and Service data.
Therefor we have started up a project, ITSM Service Structure 2.0, and one important part of the project is a Pre-study with the goal to secure that we will have a ServiceNow-implementation that supports our ITSM Service Structure as well as our business processes. Now we need a ServiceNow Application Specialist to help us with the pre-study.

What you will do:
• transform requirements into standard ServiceNow-functionality
• act as a sounding board

Required skills:
• ServiceNow Functional Expert
• Deep understanding of IT Service Management best practices as well as the ITIL framework
