For our customer we are looking for an Assistant, that will support two departments with all practical questions/issues about the organization and the systems used.
• Assists section managers, department managers and employees/consultants (order accesses, review travel reports etc).
• Handle consultant extensions.
• Contact with HR/Business Controlling/Accounts Payable
• Be active part of two management teams, manage action list (meeting arrangements for mgmnt teams)
• Part of sourcing process for external resources, follow up and evaluation of the external costs. Place orders/purchases and handle invoices in the systems.
• Handle access requests from outsource contact persons.
• Arrange access agreements when time to prolong or create new ones.
• Practically handle project staffing requests and allocations in collaboration with management team.
Krav på person
• Good network skills.
• Service oriented and structured working approach, in able to handle a high work flow where you often have to (re-)prioritize the tasks and do several things at the same time
• Engagement in supporting the organization.
• As our client is a company with many nationalities and cultures you meet/handle personal contacts and different situations daily.
• To be flexible is a must.

Duration: 6 month contract with probable extension

Work load: 100 %
Working language: English
