hela Sverige Join ABB as a Service Technician in the Power Grids division, High Voltage Products business unit, and work in a team which is dedicated to creating a future where innovative digital technologies bring cleaner energy to more people.
High Voltage Products is business unit within ABB's Power Grids division. The business unit develop, manufacture and market high voltage products for HVAC and HVDC systems, such as surge arresters, breakers, instrument transformers, capacitors, cooling systems and cable accessories.
Tasks
Reporting to the department manager, you will be supporting our global market within cooling systems.
The responsibilities of this role include:
• Supervision of installations
• Commissioning
• Service inspections
• Customer support
• Trouble shooting from office or at customer
• Reporting, lessons learned and feed back to the organization
Your main stakeholders will be global customers, internal organization as technical department and manufacturing department. This position is located in Landskrona, while travelling globally is also required.
Requirements
Successful applicants will possess:
• Experience from Service job/customer support
• Wide technical experience
• Experience of travelling to customers sites
• Knowledge and skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, PLC systems
• Proficiency in English and Swedish: written and spoken
• Open minded, customer and result focused
• Willing to travel abroad, which can vary from high amount of the days to less days.
• MS Office competence
• Willing to learn
