Kalmar Mobile Solutions (KMS) is looking for Service Technician.
In this role you will independently, structured and professionally perform service and maintenance on material handling equipment at the customer's premises.
You will be working together with the Line Manager, Service coordinators and nearby technicians.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
To perform service, preventive maintenance and ongoing maintenance on the material handling equipment available to customers in the area where they are located
To be the first contact person for the area's customers and thus act with a high level of service and a friendly attitude so that the customer feels that he gets what he expects from the company
Responsible for the work performed to meet the technical expectations
To work towards set goals, based on the business plan and local planning
Regularly report their working hours, keep order on work orders, and otherwise plan the work so that it is performed efficiently and with high quality
Actively contribute to additional sales of service
Responsibility for service bus or equivalent in cases where it is linked to the employment.
What you'll need to succeed
Education
Mechanical education or equivalent
Knowledge and experience of Electronics, Hydraulics, drivetrains and the ability to put these into practice.
Experience
Previous experience Technology / Industry experience is a merit
Knowledge and experience of Electronics, Hydraulics, Drivetrains and the ability to put these into practice
Good computer, tablet/smartphone skills
Basic understanding of profitability requirements for own operations.
