We are looking for a Service support specialist within accounts payables and accounts receivables for an international company in Södertälje. Start ASAP, 8 months contract to begin with.

Organisation
Our company's Financial Processes Centre is an established Shared Service Centre within the organisation. Our organisation is located in Södertälje, Bangalore and Krakow and is handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will find our customers and stakeholders throughout Europe and Australia.

The position
The work as a support specialist will provide you with a great opportunity to get in touch with many different parts of our company in many different countries, primarily in Europe.

The team you will be part of is responsible for customer service, operations and delivery support. We are a group consisting of people with mixed gender and age that have a good team spirit. We support each other to do our best, which contributes to team success.

The work days are intense and you will answer queries and service requests via phone and e-mail, and investigate complex deviations. Our services are provided in a professional and personal way, and with a service minded attitude. You will perform analysis and solve problems and work independent and together with the team, other colleagues, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming queries, incidents and service/access requests by phone and email
• Handle collections and cases from enforcement authority
• Ensure a high quality customer service delivery and delivery support, monitor and follow-up on operation performance
• Analyze and solve problems and work independent and together with the team, other colleagues, suppliers and customers

Competences
• Have two years of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable or similar administrative work
• Have experience from Customer Service and/or supplier management
• A driven person with good problem solving skills
• Work in a structured manner, continuously planning and prioritizing tasks and quick to adapt to changed circumstances

Education
A bachelor 's degree in finance or business administration or equivalent

Language
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and oral

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Södertälje, start ASAP, 8 months contract to begin with.
