• You have experience and good understanding in the area Hospitality and Service management.
• You have excellent social skills are driven by helping customers and exceeding service-levels.
• You are structured, proactive and able to manage and prioritize between multiple tasks.
• You like to drive actions and make things happen with flexibility, speed and simplicity and you can communicate and relay information accurately with a high attention to detail.
You have excellent skills in English, both spoken and written. You know how to work Office 365 and you have basic IT skills and knowledge about Skype/Teams.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a service support you are the visitor's first point of contact, you will ensure a positive and inspiring welcome, and give support that creates a better working day for our co-workers and many visitors.
Your main tasks will be:
• Manage the day-to-day office operations in the Startbox (our reception), including cooperation with the other support functions in the office.
• Manage and support visitor's registrations at the gates.
• Support requests and daily questions and taking care of reservations through direct personal contact, via phone or e-mail.
• Manage and book meeting rooms through Outlook, lend out technical equipment, pool cars and bicycles,
• Inspire the co-workers and be an ambassador for the workplace.
