HV Product Service is a business unit within Hitachi Energy located in Ludvika, Sweden. The unit has worldwide responsibility for the LTBs and it is also assuring the coverage for all HV portfolio in Sweden. We are proud to be a customer care team which is close to the end user, making sure they get our support in the most critical situations they can face.

Your responsibilities
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.
Prepare offers in coordination with the technical team and/or supply department. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and commercial conditions.
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Manage the strategic relationship with local units, utilities and industrial customers. Lead the development and implementation of the account plans prioritizing the opportunities according to the define market plan.
Reporting in a regular basis is essential part of the role. Pipeline, forecast and the status of each targeted project will be shared with key persons in the organization.

Your background
A couple of years of working experience in Sales & Marketing position will be preferred.
Probably you hold a university degree of a technical nature.
You are a self-motivated and dedicated team player with strong work ethics and result oriented working style.
You have experience dealing with customers in the electric industry, preferably with HV equipment.
Willing to travel (30%).
Fluent English is a must, other languages are of advantage.
Strong Communication and negotiation skills; experience in managing complex customers is considered a plus.
