But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a service minded Service Sales Support to the PureBallast team in our MSH Service Department.So, what are you going to do today?

Who you are
Business Unit MSH, Marine Separation & Heat Transfer Equipment - Service is responsible for all after sales business in Marine and Diesel applications. It covers spare parts, retrofit, upgrading and services. Customers includes shipping companies, repair yards and engine power stations. Alfa Laval holds a strong market position in this highly international market.
About the jobYou will actively be involved in developing and supporting the Service Sales growth for PureBallast. This includes further developing and implementing the PureBallast service offerings, as well as supporting our sales companies in service sales, marketing and product technical issues.Key tasks:* Create, drive and implement existing/new Service offerings and spare part concepts in the market. * Support and drive the life-cycle approach for the PureBallast installations. * Act as trainer in internal and external training. * Support and cooperate with Service Operation and Field Service Engineers worldwide
Who you areYou are commercially focused with a technical orientation, and love to get things done. You build and maintain relationships efficiently and have a strong customer orientation and sense for service.
What you know

Engineering degree.
B 2 B sales experience.
Extensive support and service experience.
Experience of project management.
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English, oral and in writing.

PracticalitiesThe position is based in Tumba, Sweden. Expected number of travel days is approx. 20 days/year.
