But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a passionate Service Sales Support to the PureBallast team in our MSH Service Department.So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
Business Unit MSH, Marine Separation & Heat Transfer Equipment - Service is responsible for all after sales business in Marine and Diesel applications. It covers spare parts, retrofit, upgrading and services. Customers includes shipping companies that operate/owns vessels, repair yards and engine power stations. Alfa Laval holds a strong market position in this highly international market.
The Service sales team PureBallast is dedicated to PureBallast services and responsible for our global offerings, spare parts, field service and sales company support on a rapidly growing market.
About the jobYou will actively be involved in developing and supporting the Service Sales growth. This includes further developing the service offerings, maintenance services and service packages as stand alone or in long term agreements, spare parts and upgrades.
You will support the larger orders and fleet agreements and actively promote our Service offerings to grow the Service Business. You will work in close cooperation with functions such as Business Development, Sales, Service Operation and our Sales Companies.
What you knowYou will be joining a team of skilled and highly motivated colleagues, in a fast-moving business. You have:
You have a degree in Engineering
You have five years of B 2 B sales or customer support experience
Service experience is valued
You can drive projects efficiently and are a good communicator and presenter, fluent in English
PracticalitiesThe position is based in Tumba, Sweden, reporting to the Manager of Global Service Sales. Expected number of travel days is approx. 20 days/year.
