Grid Automation is a leading provider of end-to-end solutions for power transmission and distribution, from primary sensors to Station Level (OT) through to Enterprise Asset Health Center (IT), network management and utility communication technologies, micro grid, enterprise software, and related protection and control technologies.


As HBU (Hub Business Unit) Service Sales Manager, your main mission will be to ensure successful implementation of the service strategy for Grid Automation in Northern Europe, to profitably achieve qualitative and quantitative targets for life cycle management, service products and solutions. You will analyze the service market potential in the region, with full focus on installed base (IB) penetration and ensure strong customer relationship management. You will support the service teams in the HBU to exceed the service targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will report directly to HBU manager of Grid Automation for Northern Europe and be a member of the core team.


To successfully take on this position, you need the ability to manage change, set directions, and advise teams and management in a highly matrixed organization. This position also puts high demands on your strong drive, results focus, excellent communication skills, and cross-cultural effectiveness. You should also have knowledge of industry needs and business challenges of our customers, as well as knowledge of the Grid Automation business and its customer base in the region.

You hold a Master's degree in a relevant area along with a minimum of 10 years of experience from management positions. Equally important will be that you have experience working in multicultural environments and that you have a proven record of developing, implementing and executing initiatives and projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong business background and experience in managing customer relationships. Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
