Service Operation External Customers within Deliver Management Sweden is ongoing strengthening one of the delivery teams. Right now we are looking for a Service Runtime Manager who will take responsibility for the daily operational work. In short, Service Operation External Customers is a customer close and customer oriented organization with an end-to-end accountability for all I&O service deliveries to non-Volvo customers.
Key responsibilities:
As Service Runtime Manager, you will work in close cooperation with different internal and external managerial roles involved in delivery, customer representatives, AOM technicians, and many other I&O roles. You will make sure that terms, conditions and commitments for service deliveries are established and well documented and that tasks and responsibilities are allocated to teams and individuals, and also see too that collaboration between teams is ensured.
You will also be responsible for Change Management of the I&O delivered IT-services, make sure that meetings are planned and conducted according to the defined meeting structure in the process and drive and ensure that services in production are managed according to decided processes (incident/problem/change/operation/event) and with a service focus. Furthermore you will be responsible for OLA establishment and follow-up.

We want you to have SAP knowledge, documented leadership capabilities of IT deliveries and have the ability to establish effective relationships both external and internally. Furthermore you are result oriented in fulfilling customer agreements and have very strong communication skills. You have excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and English and have academic qualifications within relevant field of expertise. Knowledge and experience of Volvo IT processes will be considered an advantage.
