The role
Working with service reliability at WirelessCar you will be part of securing that the agreed Service Levels are maintained towards the customers helping them stay ahead and supply attractive and reliable services - now and in the future. Together with your team you are responsible for the service reliability and availability for WirelessCar' customers and continuously strive for low mean time to recovery (MTTR) when incidents occur.
You need to be skilled in cloud technology services and automation from an operational perspective. Of course, you have software engineering background and a good understanding of DevOps and ITIL way of working. You are not afraid to take the lead in challenging situations.
