Service Project Manager
We are looking for someone to be in charge of a team of service mechanics, managing our key accounts in the Stockholm region.
Your role is to manage the customer relationships and to develop the existing business.
Your team, supported technically by a leading mechanic, is responsible for:
• Performing required service on elevators
• Managing callbacks and informing the customers about the problems
• Advising the customers on required improvements on their elevators
