As Service Project Engineer you will have the opportunity to grow your co-ordinational expertise by balancing customer needs with company opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities:
• You will interface with Engineering, Supply chain teams, Life cycle Engineering, local and regional service, Project Management Office coordinators at GE Healthcare and Customers.
• In this role you are a member of the global service team to support the Installed Base Management and Service- and Product sales and marketing.
• A strong understanding how product quality is linked with the system performance is a must and will be a significant driver how upgrade packages will be defined.
• Growth opportunities for this role, with future equipment upgrade products, are great!
• Manage and coordinate upgrade packages for the IB. Mainly but not limited to cyclotrons.
• Work with service, engineering and sales to create attractive upgrade package-products, including cost, margins and timing
• Prepare business case data for decisions by compiling data from local ERP system, global database-sources like MUST, CARES, Siebel etc.
• Drive and manage cross-department workouts for simplification- and LEAN initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Significant Project Management experience
• Significant knowledge of GE Cyclotrons, Chemistry and TRACERcenter products
• Team player, cooperative, ability to take over responsibilities
• Excellent computer skills with MS office package and data base use
• High degree of quality awareness
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills, ability to work with teams and customers
Desired Characteristics:
• Fluent in English
• Formal educations in physics alt. electrical engineering
• Fluent in other languages preferably Chinese
• Radiation trained
• EU work permit
