hela Sverige We are seeking a Service Product Manager to join our Critical Infrastructure business within ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. As a Service Manager, you will be a key member of the Services team, working closely with our Sales units globally as well as our agile Product Development, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
What you would do as Service Product Manager
Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and follow up on our services portfolio, which includes installation, preventive and reactive services, as well as software (SW) support and digital services. You will work to collect Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback for our services and translate it into sellable service concepts, which you will then implement with Sales Units globally.
You will also spread best practices throughout the organization, researching and identifying strategic partnerships for services such as OEM software to integrate with and service providers. You will research, develop, and implement new service tools and technologies that meet the requirements of our customers and internal teams, while managing necessary legal and contractual topics, including documentation.
You will perform trainings centrally and locally, including material such as guidelines and common use cases. Together with the Head of Services, you will develop and drive the services roadmap, define, measure, and follow up on service KPIs, and develop a strategy for strategic partners' business development. Together with the Pricing Manager, you will structure and implement our services pricing strategy, improving processes for services such as Integration as a Service, Preventive Maintenance, and any newly developed services.
Additionally, you will work closely with our customers, partners, and internal teams to advocate our service solutions and develop marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team.
About you
We think you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience. Previous experience of working with services, physical and/or digital, experience with B2B, stakeholder management, and indirect sales (through partners, sales channels, etc.) is considered an advantage. Prior experience with ASSA ABLOY products is also an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you must be a team player who understands the importance of excellent communication, meeting deadlines, and thrives in an international, fast-paced, and challenging environment. You must be a self-motivated and trustworthy person who is curious and eager to learn, develop value for customers, and deliver a great customer experience. Additionally, you must be a performance-oriented person with a passion for services, proficient with MS Office tools, and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
The position is preferably based in Malmö/Landskrona or Stockholm, however for the right candidate another European hub with hybrid working possibilities would work. The role requires some international traveling.
