We are now looking for a costumer responsible for the region of service business in Northern Europe. The role consists of development to achieve a harmonized business within EU. You will lead and represent the service function to achieve the best results of innovation and service solutions. You will also identify needed competences within service sales along with each Area as well as identify costumer needs together and led by SSP EU. Furthermore, you will develop the customer offer, ensure sales, delivery and service concept for the solutions which are delivered as well as follow market trends and competitors.

The challenge

* Define strategies and market activities for the service business in cooperation with the zones' marketing unit and SSP EU
* Responsible for defining and identifying the strategies of the services business
* Drive implementation of the service strategy along with SSP Head and Area managers
* Organize and influence claimants for service
* Employee responsibility for the service team within the zone
* Compile and prioritize market demands, costumer needs, service specifications as well as identifying when to implement projects within the organization
* Commercialization of services as well as development of service specific marketing and sales related training concepts
* Promotion and implementation of local and global innovations (e.g. through best practice sharing)
* Development and definition of service-specific global standards and industrialization in service concepts

Your role is to ensure:

* Together with the Zone Sales Excellence & Operations, define sales processes and ensure its compliance and development
* Provide ongoing support to the sales organization, assistance with expertise for effective support for sales (technical and commercial)
* Provide appropriate internal and external sales support together with SSP Marketing
* Support the development and implementation of standardized tools in the region of Europe (e.g. offer and calculation tools)
* Participation in LoA approval meetings regarding technical content
* Provide documentation for SSP Marketing for customer events, meetings and exhibitions conducted by Corporate Communications
* Continuous responsibility for the service portfolio including platforms throughout its life cycle
* Participation in development and introduction of portfolio, process and landmark programs, sales tools, etc. in matrix with Areas and Region
* Continually improve our service portfolio based on customer feedback
* Follow-up of quality shortcomings and other incidents
* Assist with education where it is necessary to ensure successful business development in the service area

Who are you?
* You have multiple years of experience of negotiations, leadership and technical sales typically coming from Facility Management
* You have knowledge and experience of involved market functions and their interests as well as market analysis
* We see that you have a good economic understanding regarding cost calculations, project profitability analysis and pricing methodology
* We see that you have a technical background, preferably from an international environment
* Driver's license (B) is required
* Fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written
