About the jobThe Service Portfolio Manager position in BU Energy Separation is a new position in our Marketing & Portfolio team. Service is an important driver for our business, and we need more dedicated focus on managing and developing our service portfolio. As a new role this represents a great opportunity for career growth and development in a priority area for Alfa Laval.The main responsibilities of the Service Portfolio Manager are to own, maintain, and develop a competitive service portfolio for the BU ENS; lead developments; and nurture a total product life-cycle approach securing customer satisfaction.
What you knowYou have a background and interest in the service business from either inside or outside of Alfa Laval. You have a commercial background and mindset and are result oriented, and ideally you have some experience in digital and connected services (IoT). You can demonstrate project management skills, and you have an innovative and creative approach to business challenges. You possess strong communications and leadership skills. You have the ability to build and maintain strong networks. You are self-motivated with endurance to get complex tasks done.
As the Portfolio Manager your key tasks will be to:* Review and evaluate the portfolio of service offerings with a focus on HSS, Decanter, and FWG products and systems* Initiate and lead portfolio development initiatives/projects to capture a targeted installed base business potential. That includes making market demand specifications and commercial plans* Drive and develop a connected/digitalized suit of service offerings
