hela Sverige Role Summary/Purpose :
The Life Sciences Service(LS) Service Parts Fulfillment leader is responsible for driving world-class fulfilment of service spare parts transactions to enable high levels of customer (internal + external) satisfaction. Through strong collaboration with global supply chain, manufacturing sites, OEM/Suppliers, Global Services and Genpact, the role will support revenue & productivity generating support and optimize/simplify existing operations via Lean Six Sigma/IT/process improvements.
Essential Responsibilities :
• Will work closely with the manufacturing sites and drive a reduction in backorders
• Attend production meeting at the manufacturing site and discuss fulfillment challenges
• Host weekly calls with OEM suppliers and ensure they have the correct priority
• Drive strong working relationship with cross-functional teams (GSC, manufacturing sites, IT, Service Max, Genpact, Global Service) to enable state of the art delivery
• Develop effective operating mechanisms and visibility to day-to-day parts performance to drive proactive resolutions for both internal and external customer orders
• Establish & maintain excellent horizontal collaboration in a cross-functional environment
• Support inventory optimization initiatives across LS Global Services business
• Work closely with Manufacturing planners and Distribution planners on planning workload at the site and reviews production schedules
• Leads cross-functional team to define, prioritize, and track closure of fulfilment issues at the manufacturing site
• Looks for opportunities to improves processes and leads projects to improve performance at the manufacturing site
• Works with Customer solutions team, Upgrade team, and the custom parts team to ensure all orders are in the production plan at the manufacturing site
Quality Specific Goals:
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int'l and/or local Law is broken
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
Qualifications/Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent knowledge/experience) in business or related field of study with significant experience in Order Management, Planning/Forecasting, Demand Management
• Proven communications skills and able to work in a cross functional team environment
• Strong business acumen, including a strong supply chain planning and Oracle experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and customers at all levels
• Must be legally authorized to work in Sweden and be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
• Willingness to Travel minimum 10% of the time
Desired Characteristics :
• Demonstrated GEHC Life Sciences/Services knowledge, or prior GE experience highly preferred
• Knowledge/experience with existing Life Sciences platforms (Oracle-Harmony, Demantra, MS Office, and Business intelligence systems
• Global mindset and experience
• Advanced experience working with Oracle-Harmony
• Strong communication skills and can work with cross functional teams
• Lead meetings and can effectively communicate the needs of the business
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt/MBB
