As a Service Owner, you will be responsible of managing the Ikano Bank IT Shared Services' team and area, by collaborating with business support functions, internal IT, external service suppliers and service end user stakeholders.

We offer services that simplify finance
As a Service Owner, you have an end-to-end accountability of a collection of services provided within your area, ensuring it is managed with a business focus. Also, as a leader you will inspire, develop and support a group of Service Managers. Also you will be a part of the "Service Management" Leadership team and contribute with your expertise and knowledge on a strategic level.
As a leader in Ikano Bank, you will get a wide array of assignments, where your main responsibilities will be:
• People (sub unit's staff) leadership responsibilities
• Accountable for the defined service area (fitness for purpose, performance, budget)
• Accountable of all the activities of Service Managers in the area
• Accountable for financial management of the service area
• Represents the service area across the organization
• Serving as a point of escalation for major incidents that affect multiple services
• Ensuring that the service catalogue for your service area is accurate and maintained
• Continuous service improvement for service area
• Supplier Management and contract realization
• Be a driver in continuous improvements of services development

Are you the one for Ikano?
You are a solid leader with 10+ years' experience in service management, including project management, good knowledge in change management, can balance business understanding with in-depth competence in area of Service Management, and working in a complex multivendor environment. You know what good service management is!
You have a minimum of Bachelor degree in technology, economics, or similar sciences. Professional Certifications in relevant ICT standards are a plus, in e.g. ITIL, project management, architecture and agile development areas.
Your background includes IT, Banking or from other regulated industry and Transformational competence. You have utilized your experience in similar changing environments and positions and working with ITSM best practice frameworks and methods.
As a person you are a positive team player that enjoys working in an ever evolving environment. You drive and deliver. You dare to simplify the complex and learn from experiences. You are business minded and open to new ideas and personal growth. As a leader you are proactive, coaching and inspiring and have good communication skills: A decisive Service Owner that sets clear and SMART goals and follows up on them.
