Tieto has on the strategic agenda to create and offer SaaS (Software as a Service). The aim and strategic goal is to grow and offer more attractive services which also means working even closer to our customers.Within Tieto Capital Markets SaaS is a prioritized area. We have already some SaaS offers created and up and running while several are under creation. The offers are global, with focus on the Nordic markets.
We are in the initial phase building the SaaS offer as well as the organization for SaaS. The first step is to recruit a Service Owner which will play an essential role in making this successful.
Tasks
• Overall responsible for Service operational delivery to selected customers
• Design responsible for the entire Service set-up including for example interfaces, connectivity e t c.
• Managing life cycle plan for the service where close cooperation with other units within Tieto. The life cycle plan includes for example:
o Managing Service version upgrades
o Coordinate technical upgrades with among others former ITOMS
o Customer tactical meetings on regular basis/Reports to customer
• Work close to customer in pre-studies and new Service development/implementations
In the role as Service Owner you have a complete delivery responsibility towards your customers. This includes the whole support process including 2nd and 3rd line support as well as Service Desk. This includes also to ensure the SLA agreement towards customer.
This SaaS offer is new within Tieto Capital Markets and you will be a part of the creation of this offer. The ambition is to create a team/organization for efficient support/development. The team might be virtual or that you become the team leader. In the beginning you will have a broad responsibility with both operational tasks as well as more strategic work. Within the scope is also to be involved/responsible for designing the delivery/implementation model.
Education
Academic Education or equivalent.
Requirements on experience and knowledge
• 5-10 years of experience within relevant area either on the customer- or delivery side
• Business competence within capital market solutions (Funds, Securities, Private Banking e t c)
• Good competence within Microsoft, especially SQL Server
• Experience from maintenance, support organization
Qualifying experiences and knowledge
• Knowledge from ITIL and support processes
• Support handling and preferably OMT
• Working with any of the Tieto products, TCM, ProBroker or AbaSec is extra qualifying
Personal skills
• Ability and drive to make things happened often with several people/organizations involved
• Ability to communicate and willingness to take a team leading role
• Ability to make analysis and define offers
